Background

Creative Survey, with the mission to "transform customer feedback into opportunities," has entered a transformative phase following the release of its multi-channel form, "Ask One," in the fall of 2023. Recognizing the critical importance of this period, the company sought to move away from relying on experience and intuition, aiming for non-linear growth through the implementation of a standardized, reproducible organizational model. They believed that revisiting the fundamentals of marketing, including its essential background, would enable the standardization of common language and the enhancement of practical skills across the organization.

Regarding this initiative

ZeroOneGrowth offers an e-learning service, the Digital Marketing School, which provides global-standard knowledge on marketing strategy and organizational design.
